Adoption Application

To be considered part of the Mountain Ridge family, we ask that you fill out the application below. There are no right or wrong answers. Because of puppies unique personalities, we need to understand who you are, in order to serve you the best. Sometimes that means denying applications because we want a harmonious and joy-filled life for YOU and all of our puppies. Please be patient, we always respond as soon as possible, but sometimes application volume can get extremely high, please allow up to 7 days for a response, but we strive for 24 hours. We take placing our puppies in the right home very seriously. Adoption protocol can be seen if you click here. Please keep in mind we work on a first come, first serve basis, and puppy selection is based in order we receive deposits. Mountain Ridge Doodles reserves the right to deny sale of a puppy to anyone that doesn't meet our basic requirements or if we feel it's in the best interest of the puppy. At Mountain Ridge, we belive that one should never choose a dog based soley on looks, as different puppies will be a better fit for different environments, this is better for the puppy AND the owner.
